We aim to become the place for fashion conscious 'green' shoppers who are looking for stylish clothing at affordable prices and the place where you can learn to do it for yourself.
Thrifty Couture is run by young entrepreneurs with massive input from older and very old entrepreneurs, who will deliver apprenticeship training for unemployed young residents of inner city London.
